Frequently asked questions about KWS Namibia:
Klein Windhoek Schlachterei offers delivery in the following areas/routes:
- Windhoek area
- Windhoek – Divundu route
- Windhoek – Coastal route
- Windhoek – Lüderitz route
Windhoek deliveries are done on the same day if ordered before 11:00 AM.
Deliveries outside of Windhoek are only conducted on selected dates which are advertised on our social media pages.
Customers can conveniently pay via cash on delivery (COD) or alternatively request an invoice an pay via EFT/Bank Transfer. Please get in touch via E-mail for EFT payments.
Our main branch and processing facility is located in 13 Albert Wessels Street, Northern Industrial. In addition, we have retail outlets in the Okuryangava and Katutura outlets in Windhoek.

After your order is dispatched our drivers will contact you and deliver the order to you in the Windhoek area. For deliveries outside of Windhoek we have meeting points where your order can be collected.
